Welcome to our Zany Water Sports Magazine

jeans boy snorkel mask Our readers often email us and ask which are the best ways to enjoy a good soaking and where to go. So we've added some exciting water sports you can enjoy nearby or on holiday. Some of our sports sections are very detailed, others are just summaries with scope to grow as and when we come across new material.

Get Wet

Water sports will get you wet, it often is part of their appeal. That is why they are called "water" sports. Wet clothing is part of many water sports. It gives them the exciting edge at times. Be it adventure sports, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, you probably won't do it just in swimwear. The key to enjoyment is comfortable clothing like the snorkeling outfit shown here.

Unexpected Splash

The thrill of trying to stay dry against the odds, not knowing if and when you get soaked, makes the difference in many water sports. It starts with playing in the shore break and reaches to bunjee jumping above a river. Enjoy the speed and splashes of canoeing or catamaran sailing. A sudden capsize adds to the fun.

Adventure

Cycling, moutain biking, trekking and trial running often include exciting wet bits. Sometimes you want to cross a stretch of water, dressed in functional clothing that feels good both wet and dry.
